Award winning chef Panagiotis Giakalis, inspired by crisp Mediterranean temperatures and crystal clear winter skies, creates dishes based on ingredients from the Margi Farm, including same-day organic free range eggs, extra virgin olive oil and tiny succulent vegetables.
